1. Definitions

"WebDesignByou" ("webbyou", "we", "us"): the company providing web design and AI automation services. "Client" ("you"): the individual or entity using our services.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, quotes, and agreements between WebDesignByou and the client.

3. Services

We provide web design, web development, and AI WhatsApp automation services. The specific scope is agreed upon per project. Demos on our website are for illustrative purposes and do not create obligations.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. AI WhatsApp agent subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

5. AI WhatsApp Demo

The free AI demo on our website is intended for potential clients to experience our services. Session data is deleted after 24 hours. The demo is limited to 30 messages per session.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership rights of custom deliverables are transferred to the client. Our standard components and frameworks remain our property.

7. Liability

WebDesignByou is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
